Job title: AR Accountant (fixed term)
About the opportunity: In this role you'll be responsible for processing Accounts Receivable related activities for ADC stakeholders. As AR Accountant you will also ensure customer billing is processed efficiently, accurately and on a timely basis, whilst adhering to all processes and controls in line with company policy. Location: Warsaw - hybrid (8 days monthly from the office)
This role is a fixed-term assignment until the end of September 2026 and requires proficient English and min. B1 level of German.
What you will be doing:
Performing AR activities
Allocating customer payments and updating line items promptly.
Handling billing and tracking Accounts Receivable, including customer dunning and contacting for past due balances.
Analyzing, correcting, and reporting billing variances.
Reconciling monthly billing for assigned revenue streams.
Processing transactions per procedures, escalating exceptions for compliance.
Collecting cash payments.
What you need for success:
Academic degree - preferably within Finance and Accounting area
Fluency in English and German (min. B1 level) knowledge are required
2+ years previous work experience in Finance department
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable preferred
Basic knowledge and experience of working with ERP accounting systems
