Senior Robotics Business Analyst
TIAAAbout the role
The Senior Robotics Analyst develops business requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Open Source projects, assuring system specifications address the stated requirements and system testing occurs prior to project implementation. Working under limited supervision, this job contributes to the development and testing of robotic solutions and supports the administration of artificial intelligence workforce systems. This job works independently and reviews the work of lower level robotics professionals, as needed.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure documentation of accurate and detailed business requirements based on project objectives.
Lead meetings with business and other stakeholders to understand the current process and gain agreement on the future process flow.
Lead research for requirements (may include data analysis, process mapping or development-oriented efforts).
Define and document technical and systems requirements that support business requirements and outcomes.
Participate in implementation and production support, including communication to stakeholders and outcome validation.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new applications.
Form partnerships with stakeholders and business in collaboration to gather and create clear and organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions.
Work with development and quality engineering teams to implement end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of experience partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to elicit requirements and outcomes to story form
- 3+ years working in an Agile development environment; knowledge of SDLC practices and artifacts; development, testing and deploy to production and support
- 2+ years developing in RPA Tools such as Automation Anywhere (preferred), Blue Prism, etc.
- Exhibition of critical problem solving, creative thinking skills and working on multiple items during the week
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office application usage
- Project management skills to deliver results timely
- Communication and collaboration skill examples
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in an agile environment development, testing and deploy to production and support
- Experience with workflow process management software
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and process improvement
- Creation of user documentation, report creation, data summarization
- Financial Services experience a plus
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-04-07Base Pay Range: $70,500/yr. - $103,300/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
