The pay range per hour is $24.25 - $41.25

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Closing Food & Beverage team continues the momentum from the team’s day of hard work in Food & Beverage to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each night. They have a deep understanding of each leader’s vision for their business, they prioritize through the eyes of the guest and have fun with the team while nailing Food & Beverage closing routines.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture across in food 

• Food & Beverage business fundamentals: department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest shopping patterns and pricing and promotions strategies 

• Executing closing routines and overseeing Food & Beverage operations with guidance from area and store leaders on procedure, process and team member concerns 

• Supporting daily/weekly stores workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and deliver sales goals 

• Process improvement and workload efficiency across the store 

 

As a Food & Beverage Closing Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day most likely will include the following responsibilities: 

• Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement. 

• Be a partner to the store leadership team through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables, leverage check-in and check-outs as daily connection points. 

• Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management, cleaning routines and Food Safety policies and procedures.
