Information Security Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Technical Lead Analyst for its New Castle, DE location.

Duties: Work with developers and analysts to troubleshoot issues related to application coding and Biometrics. Successfully deploy and utilize our Biometrics products to support customers. Develop user journeys and orchestration connectors according to customer use cases and technical requirements. Handle changes and incidents utilizing documented procedures through the Service Now (SNow) tool. Work with vendor support and architects on a regular basis to track issues to closure as a Level 3 Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide SME level support for Identity Access Management (IAM)Services and infrastructure. Understand the technical solutions required to support client integrations and rollout to higher environments. Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls for supported groups. Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation supporting mobile applications. Five (5) years of experience must include: Supporting Authentication solutions of Single Sign On, Multi Factor, Password less, Biometrics, Risk and Behavioral functionalities; Working on RedHat Linux Operating System hosted on premises and Cloud Infrastructure to support product services of Transmit security, BioCatch, Threat Metrix, DigiPass, OTP solutions and BindID; Handling DevOps Tools for automation and monitoring, including Ansible, Splunk, AppDynamics, Sensu, JIRA, RLM, and IBM Tivoli; Well Versed with the Mobile, Web and Server API Interfaces; and Utilizing Web and Application middleware components of IBM HTTP Webserver, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat and Aka. 40 hrs./wk.
