Responsible for overseeing the AAA Exclusive Vacations product line and team. Duties include product and sales team management, innovative product development, and ensuring the financial health of the division. Responsible for developing optimal sales and partnerships to meet aggressive long-term revenue goals.
What you will do:
- Lead Product and Operations teams on competitive DMC contracting and pricing for maximum
profitability - Identify gaps in the AAANE and Federations’ travel offerings and propose, design and spearhead
group travel product solutions - Oversee the Exclusive Vacations financials, including forecasting, monthly budget meeting
attendance and lead on yearly budget creation - Collaborate with AAANE departments and Club leadership to promote and grow EV affinity and special
event group business - Partnership lead for any technology platforms, marketing efforts and external partnerships
- Keeps abreast of changing trends in the travel industry; attends training when needed. Attends
networking events, conferences, trade shows, etc. Makes recommendations to senior management
regarding staff planning, marketing, product mix, etc. Keeps staff informed of industry changes,
agency and Club changes, and vendor requirements. - Performs other job-related duties as required; adhering to all applicable policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration or related
- 8 + years of Travel Industry Experience required
- 3 + years of Leadership Experience required
- 2 + years Product Management Experience required
