Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Planning Analyst to manage, update, and ensure the integrity of master data within our systems. This role is critical in maintaining accurate, consistent, and high-quality data that supports business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance best practices and optimize data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update master data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Validate and analyze data inputs to detect errors or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Work closely with business units to understand data needs, support data governance initiatives, and align data structures with company objectives.
• Develop and enforce data maintenance processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Own the process of uploading and maintaining sales forecasts within the planning system.
• Ensure accuracy of forecast data to support demand planning, supply chain management, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related system issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and data integrations to ensure seamless data transition.
• Train and support end-users on data management with the best practices and system functionalities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, SQL, or other enterprise data management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NY office 

PAY RATE: $85,000/yr-$92,000/yr
