We are looking for someone who likes to work with customers in a an international environment and who has experience in Customer Service.

Our job's characteristic is strongly connected with international cooperations, that is why the candidate for this position needs to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and wrriten.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing communication with Customers
• Processing orders and monitoring the system
• Cooperating with other departmens located in Poland and abroad
• Actively working with team to deliver exceptional consumer experience by following procedures & policies and being involved in improvement

You bring

• Fluency in English & Polish, both spoken and written

• Experience in an international environment, in Customer Service

• High learning agility, good communicational & time management skills

• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

• Team player attitude
