Schedule: Full-Time, 100% Onsite
Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (schedule may change based on business needs)
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team environment. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving billing inquiries, researching account issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating multiple systems while managing a high volume of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional support.
- Respond to billing inquiries, account questions, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues while ensuring complete and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate end-to-end customer service solutions.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to access information and update customer records.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account information.
- Support additional teams and processes as business needs require.
- Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong customer support skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic Excel functions.
- Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation
- Full-time conversion salary: $42,500 annually

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of O'Fallon, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
