We are looking for a highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences. You will be responsible for developing communication strategies, creating compelling content, and managing various communication channels to effectively convey our messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with company goals.
• Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and reports.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Manage media relations, including press inquiries and organizing interviews.
• Maintain and update company websites, blogs, and other platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor communications.
• Collaborate with other teams on promotional campaigns and corporate events.
• Support crisis communication efforts when necessary.
