At Goodrich Veterinary Clinic, we are passionate about the care we provide to our patients and clients. We are looking for a Full-time Veterinary Assistant to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families.

The individual we're seeking must be a team player, motivated, responsible, and dedicated to high-quality patient care. Duties include but are not limited to restraining and assisting for outpatient examinations, blood sampling, running in-house lab work, assisting in and facilitating radiography capture as well as general hospital cleanup and maintenance. Our doctors and staff are committed to providing the best care to our patients and clients and we are looking for a new team member to play that vital role as well.

Applicants should be friendly, hard-working, self-motivated, and willing to contribute to a team. In addition, applicants must be extremely comfortable handling dogs and cats, dealing with needles, blood and other bodily fluids, and able to maintain professional composure during euthanasia and surgical procedures.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of veterinary clinic experience
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Positive team player willing to continue to learn
