They will work with a variety of MicroStrategy products and will leverage their python, SQL, and automation skills to monitor, maintain, and improve MIcroStrategy environments. This role requires collaborating with clients and analysts to identify optimal technical solutions, utilizing and improving established processes, and collaborating on the Managed Solutions team.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Implementing and managing security roles, access controls, and authentication mechanisms within MicroStrategy to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.</li> <li>Manage user access and permissions</li> <li>Work with clients and analysts to gather requirements and design solutions</li> <li>Provide technical support to MicroStrategy users, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions related to report development, data access, and platform functionality&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the MicroStrategy environment, including system architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting guides</li> <li>Proven experience in dashboard development, report building, object development, and maintenance</li> <li>Develop workflows to automate administrative functions utilizing tools such as Python
