The work:

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Perform as Developer for a Pega Implementation Scrum team
• Create and extend a Pega application independently
• Manage rules and rulesets; review, approve and team merge code
• Leverage the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse between case types and applications
• Configure roles, access groups and privileges and manage data access
• Help mentor the Junior (Pega) Developers and guide Junior (Pega) Developers toward becoming Pega implementors and problem solvers for themselves
• Help drive the scrum team’s progress toward the Sprint and Feature/Epic goals

Here’s what you need:

• Experience in a training environment developing Pega applications
• SAFe/Agile experience
• JavaScript experience
• Ability to translate technical details and solutions into business concepts understandable by business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Bonus Points:

• 508 accessibility experience
