As the Director of Public Sector Enablement at Meta, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for AI and Augmented Reality for the public sector. You will closely partner with Meta’s Policy team on key AI and Augmented Reality initiatives, while building and leading a high-performing team from the ground up to drive the adoption of safe and transformative solutions across federal, state, and local government agencies. You will develop strong partnerships with key public sector partners, collaborate closely with Product on adapting our offerings for government requirements, and work cross-functionally to align with the broader sales organization on overall strategy. - Drive continuous engagement within Public Sector partners on the AI and Augmented Reality technologies Meta is building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement specific AI and Augmented Reality initiatives with Public Sector partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner-specific issues, providing timely and effective support
- Contribute to the development of scalable solutions for partner enablement
- Identify and drive from the Policy side internal programmatic enhancements to unlock public sector engagements in close partnership with legal, engineering, and product teams
- 15+ years of public sector sales enablement experience
- Exposure to public sector software/SaaS sales, with expertise in AI/ML
- Experience with federal, state, and local government agencies
- Proven communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep experience in sales or marketing efforts involving US federal government procurement and contracting, including familiarity with the FAR, DFARS, and related US government programs and data security requirements
- Defense and/or intelligence sector experience
- Existing security clearance
