$108,483.00 - $162,725.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Plans, purchases and manages all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in facility. Oversees and directs maintenance personnel, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance. Inspects and evaluates physical plant, grounds, and related equipment. Coordinates with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and building and grounds appearance. Leads the development of standard tools, processes, and procedures to achieve strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leads plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects to prioritize work and improvements.
- Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive training program that ties to preventative maintenance, standard operating procedures, safety and staff development. Develops a strong, collaborative team-based environment.
- Leads the development of standard tools, processes, and procedures with the goal of improving maintenance operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Performs regular deep dives to understand key focus areas for improvement across facility. Leads continuous improvement events and improves predictive maintenance, leveraging various technologies if necessary.
- Provides engineering guidance to technicians to ensure maintenance goals are aligned with site operation's needs. Manages subcontractors and suppliers to deliver against contracts and expectations.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
