  • Estimated annual base pay:  $87,800(minimum) - $109,700(midpoint) - $131,600(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Project Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  This position is a Functional Project Manager in Sourcing. The Functional Project Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Functional Project Manager is responsible for managing supplier transitions while directing support organizations to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Coordinates with a cross functional team as the primary point of supplier contact for the project
  • Oversee multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously 
  • Accountable for Global Sourcing Part Transition process compliance
  • Assure supplier development, inventory transition planning, contractual alignment (PO's and pricing agreements)
  • Leverage all Global Sourcing groups to minimize total investment
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assure security of supply, high quality, competitively priced components
  • Lead project phase gate reviews

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years in project management required
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or international equivalent desired
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in specific functional area or Project Coordination
  • Demonstrates knowledge of strategic sourcing principles, and inventory management and planning
  • Knowledge and experience with global sourcing business processes and systems required
  • Experience in New Product Introduction projects preferred
