Student - Team and Project Support (f/m/d)

 

Area of work:

 

As a working student in the Cloud Transformation section, you will be supporting the team of the day-to-day activities and handling some of the Project Management Officer’s tasks. We are focusing on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services; migrating applications to Cloud and supporting the migration roadmap. The team consists of Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers and DevOps Engineers.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

• You will support the team with monthly and quarterly internal hour planning
• You will help with general administrative and organizational activities
• You will assist with tracking and monitoring project activities
• In addition to this you will get to know the internal processes of project management and be involved in release implementation activities

 

 

Your profile:

 

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters
• (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
• Initial practical or theoretical experience in the project office tasks in English-speaking environment and/or strong willingness to learn more in this field
• You have good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), experiences with SAP, SharePoint, JIRA is a plus
• You are a team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• You can work in a structured, precise and enthusiastic manner
• You have a quick grasp and the willingness, as well as ability, to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives independently
• You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
