Qualification Requirements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in Accounting or related field required
Analytical experience and detail-oriented mindset required
Ability to perform quality assurance reviews required
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines required
Financial audit or forensic accounting experience preferred
Demonstrated capital project and construction accounting experience, with an emphasis on G702 and G703 format and construction experience preferred
Knowledge of New York City, New York State and FEMA procurement and reimbursement processes preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems a plus.
