Pharmacy Technician

Work Shift:

Evening - 8 Hour (United States of America)

Perform, under the supervision of a Pharmacist, a variety of technical duties related to the preparing and dispensing of drugs according to hospital policies and procedures and federal, state and local laws.

Education & Training:
High School graduate or GED equivalent.

Experience:
None.

Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Registered Pharmacy Tech with the State of Georgia as verified by the Georgia
Secretary of State’s professional licensing board.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Utilizes a variety of standard office equipment to include computer, printers, labeling machine, fax machine, copier. Also utilizes IV Flow Hood.

Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
