About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support the IT team in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Respond to user requests for technical support and document resolutions.
  • Assist in cybersecurity awareness efforts and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including asset tracking and user manuals.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Accounting background or course work is a plus. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment.
  • Potential for full-time permanent employment based on performance.
