Rome Health is currently seeking a Clinical Educator. The Clinical Educator will coordinate professional development and career growth utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines in order to assure exceptional patient outcomes. Educators are also responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating standards of care and/or protocols that result in changes to improve patient care, practice, and/or systems. Contributions are made to the nursing profession through consultation, presentation, and/or publication.
RN educators must have 3-5 years of clinical experience in the acute care setting, with at least 1 year experience within their nursing specialty preferred. BSN is preferred.
Educators must possess all required certifications within their specialty area (i.e., TNCC, PALS, NRP). Specialty certification (i.e., CCRN, CEN) is required within 1 year of hire.
