Global Head of Presales - Kiosk

Scope

• Global responsibility for pre-sales for all self-service kiosk products in all verticals
• Supporting the sales team in qualification and development of kiosk opportunities
• Focused on packaging hardware, software and support solutions from multiple vendors in multiple markets to sell kiosks both directly and via the channel

What you’ll do

• Lead pre-sales for all self-service kiosk products in all verticals
• Provide technical guidance and direction to all sales and other functions within Blue Yonder to develop the collective knowledge of kiosks as part of the BY solution set
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Assist in the qualification of sales opportunities and provide technical input into proposals and contracts
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are being met and to provide product feedback
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to maintain Blue Yonder's position as a leader in the supply chain software market

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, technical sales, or a related field
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of supply chain software and hardware solutions, ideally in the kiosk / self-service space
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams and operating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.

The salary range for this position is: USD $ 152,311.10 - $ 197,688.89

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
