Job Title: Licensed Adolescent Therapist – Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Location: Glendale, Arizona
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Travel: Not required
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on licensure and experience

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our adolescent mental health team in Glendale, Arizona. This role is an integral part of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which provides intensive support in a structured clinical setting. The Ideal Candidate
You are a licensed clinician passionate about working with adolescents in structured care settings. You bring a calm, empathetic presence, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative spirit. You are comfortable providing therapy in both individual and group formats and take pride in maintaining clinical excellence and timely documentation.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to adolescents enrolled in the PHP
- Create, implement, and revise treatment plans based on client needs and progress
- Conduct clinical assessments and assist in discharge and transition planning
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards
- Work closely with psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care
- Actively engage families in the therapeutic process and support their involvement
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current Arizona licensure: LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- At least one year of experience in adolescent mental health preferred
- Familiarity with PHP or other structured behavioral health programs is advantageous
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
