Technical Accounting Manager

<p>Buyers Edge Platform is looking for a<strong> Technical Accounting Manager</strong> to join our growing corporate accounting team as a key technical resource supporting our dynamic, acquisition-driven business. In this hands-on leadership role, you will spearhead critical technical accounting and reporting efforts, with a particular focus on M&amp;A activity, purchase accounting, and the integration of newly acquired entities into Buyers Edge Platform’s policies and systems (including NetSuite). You will serve as the go-to expert for complex GAAP matters, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and driving operational excellence. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role in supporting the consolidation and close process and supporting technical accounting initiatives, including purchase accounting.
