Private Banking Assistant <br>We are looking for a Private Banking Assistant to join a Family Office based in Zug. <br>Private Banking Assistant <br>About the job: <br>Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and day\-to\-day banking requests. <br>Support Relationship Managers with all administrative and operational activities. <br>Handle client account administration, including account openings and maintenance. <br>Prepare client documentation, portfolio reports and meeting materials. <br>Coordinate payment instructions, account transfers and account statements. <br>Support KYC, AML and onboarding processes while ensuring regulatory compliance. <br>Liaise with custodians, internal stakeholders and external partners. <br>Assist with ongoing client reviews and documentation updates. <br>Contribute to operational improvements and support projects across the business. <br>Build strong relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional level of service. <br>About the candidate: <br>2\-4 years of experience in a Swiss Private Banking or Asset Management environment. <br>Completed Swiss banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial services qualification is highly desirable. <br>Solid understanding of Swiss Private Banking operations, client onboarding and KYC/AML requirements. <br>Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. <br>A proactive, flexible and hands\-on approach to work. <br>Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities extend beyond a traditional assistant role. <br>Service\-oriented with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. <br>Strong team player who enjoys collaborating across different functions. <br>Fluent in English (essential). <br>Additional languages are an advantage; Hebrew would be considered a strong asset. jpidc8cd717jm jit0730jm jiy26jm
