Job Description
In CX Technology we support our Customer Experience department by creating the contact center platform of the new generation. We make sure that both customers and advisors have an efficient environment to get and provide help. We also enable automation based on the newest tech solutions. We take care of the trust & safety technology in order to ensure safe space for shopping for our customers. As part of the broader Technical Platform & Services department we build tools, infrastructure and automation solutions that are used by over 100 teams in Allegro. We develop and use the whole stack - from our own data center, private cloud through containerization, mobile apps and machine learning.
We are looking for people who
- Have 2 years of experience as a data analyst (experience in CX data analysis is appreciated)
- Have very good knowledge of SQL (knowledge of Python is appreciated)
- Have experience in using Google Cloud Platform
- Have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
- Have the ability to turn data into business recommendations
- Are independent, precise and curious about the data
- Take care of the reproducibility and reusability (knowledge of GIT is appreciated)
- Have experience in data visualization in Looker Studio (knowledge of Tableau is appreciated)
- Want to develop technical and business competences
- Know English at min. B2 level
- Knowledge of at least one of the following areas will be an asset: process automation, fraud/anomaly detection, and contact center systems.
In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks
- You will analyze, prepare data, propose the directions of process development and present the results to decision-makers
- You will work with analytical, machine learning and technology teams on the development of the technology stack used to increase CX efficiency, quality and Customer/Merchant safety on Allegro
- You will develop data process flows
- You will build and develop monitoring and reporting tools that will be the basis for decision-making for CX Tech
