About the role

<p>We are looking for a talented <strong>Dealer Account Manager Nordics </strong>to join our team specializing in <strong>Sales </strong>for our <strong>Sweden Head Office Parts Team.</strong></p> <p>This is a hybrid role and can be based at any Cummins location across Sweden.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Executing Dealer Development: Manage and develop dealer networks in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.</li> <li>Strategic Insights: Provide analytical and strategic inputs to enhance channel development and support decision-making.</li> <li>Tracking and Benchmarking: Regularly monitor dealer development and capabilities, and benchmark against industry competitors.</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with both internal and external stakeholders to implement short, mid, and long-term capability roadmaps.</li> <li>Contract Execution: Oversee the execution of dealer contracts, analyze complex issues, and adjust working methods as needed.</li> <li>Task Assignment: Assign tasks to stakeholders to ensure effective dealer network management.</li> <li>Coverage Assessment: Continuously assess and improve dealer coverage in assigned areas.</li> <li>Expansion and Improvement: Identify opportunities for expanding and enhancing the dealer network..</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you will need the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Tailors messages to resonate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement across all communication channels.</li><li>Customer Focus: Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. Understands customer needs and preferences, and consistently strives to exceed expectations by providing tailored products and services.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records. </li><li>Reliability and Self-Determination: Being dependable and self-motivated to drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and achieve goals independently.</li></ul> <strong>Education/Experience: </strong><ul><li>College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.</li><li>Proficient in utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant software.</li><li>Advanced/Fluent Swedish language skills.</li><li>Advanced/Fluent English language skills.</li></ul> <p></p> Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
