Part Time New Home Sales Greeter

Description

Burkentine is growing and looking for a New Home Sales Greeter to join our dynamic and talented team! The New Home Sales Greeter is responsible for the aid and support of the New Home Sales Team by hosting model homes tours and providing administrative assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a customer-facing environment. 

Requirements

• Meet and greet all prospects who enter the sales center with enthusiasm and establish rapport with them.
• Obtain all information necessary to thoroughly complete registration cards and provide them to the New Home Sales Consultant. 
• Ensure model collateral materials and sales brochures are in stock.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and appropriate attire at all times in accordance with established standards. Help keep model home neat and clean.
• Assist with all other tasks and projects as directed by the New Homes Sales consultant & management.
• 26 hours or less- Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday and Saturday. 

Qualifications

• Availability to work Weekends -Both Saturdays and Sundays (Required)
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
