About the role

• We looking for an exceptional Technical Project Manager who embodies urgency, drive, and exceptional technical acumen. Your role will be pivotal in steering complex projects across various teams and products, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the linchpin between technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Employ your technical expertise to anticipate challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices in project management, utilizing your PMP certification and knowledge to guide your approach.
• Maintain a relentless focus on deadlines and deliverables, ensuring a sense of urgency is embedded in all project activities.
• Prepare detailed project plans, reports, and documentation, keeping all parties informed and aligned.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and decision-making processes, ensuring obstacles are overcome swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A solid track record of managing complex technical projects across multiple teams and products.
• PMP Certification: A must-have, demonstrating your commitment and expertise in project management.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to converse fluently with engineering teams.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide teams towards success.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
