The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) organization provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague’s skills and knowledge. We power engagement and drive business results across Global Servicing (GS) through talent solutions.
We are seeking a Project Analyst, Learning Innovation, to support the development and delivery of cutting-edge technologies, to enhance the learning and real-time access of information for our frontline colleagues and within the broader GLKM organization.
This role will support the strategy to innovate at an accelerated pace and be a collaboration champion - working with GS Servicing Innovation, Global Capacity & Contact Management, GSG Operations, Frontline Customer Care Professionals (CCPs), Compliance, Product and Technologies to implement our strategies.
The role will be focus on:
- Supporting and laying the framework to enable GenAI use cases, leveraging and enhancing learning and knowledge management content and processes.
- Drive, communication, and alignment with the broader GLKM organization on learning strategies earlier identified and bridging across key issues & providing insight on frontline pain points.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management: Support the implementation of a diverse project portfolio in alignment with organizational objectives, providing hands-on project support to the Learning Innovation Team.
- Collaboration Champion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new ideas, pilots and implementation of frontline tools.
- Relationship Building: Effectively manage relationships and expectations with product and process owners and key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, with proven record of successfully leading and implementing complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
