Workday Finance Report Developer

We are currently expanding our Workday team in US and looking for an experienced and skilled Workday Finance Report Developer to join us. Reporting to the VP - Finance, the Workday Report Developer is responsible for helping the organization to develop and modify advanced reports for various Finance teams and optimize the Workday Financial Management system. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT and external consultants on strategic finance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Workday , and developing custom reports through Report Writer
• Develop and modify advanced reports for various Finance teams (AR, AP, Financial Statements, Fixed Assets, Leasing, Supplier Spend, Customer Revenue, and other custom reports)
• Collaborate with internal partners to: identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data driven insights.
• Utilize datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics
• Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports
• Partner with senior management to ensure and maintain security and data privacy standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday FIN / Workday Report Development
• Strong knowledge and experience with Workday reporting tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Workday Prism is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
