Analyst Assistant

Willdan Financial Services is seeking an Analyst Assistant for the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), District Administration Services Group in the Temecula, CA office. The PACE division addresses the ongoing day-to-day activities associated with the long-term collection of bonded assessments for clean energy home/business improvements. The Analyst Assistant will work closely with the manager in providing high quality work products and excellent customer service to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and manipulation.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, analysis, and other information for client use. 
• Work with team members and outside sources to research, analyze, and draft reports.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Four-year degree or similar work experience.
• Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Analyst experience preferred. 
• Exceptional organizational skills. 
• Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple assignments for different clients either individually or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
