Finance Analytics Summer Internship Position 

Medical Associates is seeking a motivated Finance Analytics intern who is ready to apply educational knowledge and business practices in a real-world environment. The intern will have the opportunity to prepare reports, internal audits and work closely with our finance analytics team. Our internship offers flexible hours, hourly pay, and real-life experience! This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in the finance analytics industry. Finance Analytics Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Job shadow and train with finance analytics and support staff
• Assist in preparing reports, internal audits and document findings
• Assist in establishing medical underwriting practices to evaluate risk and rate calculations
• May perform additional projects upon request

 Requirements 

• Finance, Analytics, Math, Computer Science or related major, working towards completion of BA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexible hours with the capacity to work 20-40 hours per week
