Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home per plan of care
• Perform G-tube care and administer enteral feeds/meds as ordered
• Monitor patient status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly
• Educate and support caregivers on daily care routines and safety
• Follow infection control practices and maintain a safe environment
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Common Skills (Varies by Case)

• G-tube care (site care, feeds, medication administration via tube, basic troubleshooting)
• Feeding pump use (if applicable)
• Medication administration
• Vital signs, basic assessment, safety monitoring
• Seizure precautions (if applicable)
• Basic respiratory monitoring (pulse ox if ordered)

Schedule Options

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Days, nights, and weekends available (based on openings)
• We match schedules based on your availability and skill set

Pay + Support

• Pay: Competitive—based on license, acuity/experience, and client insurance authorization
• Weekly pay (W2) + benefits options (eligibility varies)
• Paid orientation
• 24/7 clinical support (you’re not on your own)

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS
• Pediatric/home health experience preferred (not required)
• Background screening + onboarding requirements
