About the Team: 

The Talent Acquisition team does more than just fill roles; we architect how Relativity grows. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity’s company values and culture.

Our Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will build collaborative relationships with recruiters and hiring managers they'll be supporting to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies to effectively meet them. In addition to recruitment coordination, you will also help support employer brand efforts, as well as networking events, career fairs and more.

As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you will be the face of Relativity for candidates visiting our Long Beach headquarters. Your mission is to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and memorable onsite interview experience that showcases our commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and excellence.

This role is fully onsite and focused exclusively on supporting candidates throughout their in-person interview process. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure every logistical detail is thoughtfully managed and each candidate leaves with a lasting positive impression.

What You’ll Do

  • Host candidates onsite, escorting them between interviews and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
  • Prepare interview rooms and presentations, including tech setup and necessary materials.
  • Manage candidate break times and provide refreshments as needed.
  • Coordinate lunch orders and accommodate dietary requirements for candidates and interviewers.
  • Communicate proactively with hiring teams to ensure alignment on schedules and candidate arrivals.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing real-time assistance.

About You:

You are passionate about creating outstanding first impressions and thrive in people-facing roles. Calm under pressure, you combine attention to detail with genuine hospitality to deliver high-touch experiences that matter. To be successful in this role, you are someone who has:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, customer service, or hospitality within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • A customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain adaptable and proactive throughout the
