These entry-level, associate and mid-level positions have a start date anytime between January 2025 and September 2025. Applicants best matching the attributes of the available positions and the candidate qualifications described below will be scheduled for interview. Please select all locations where you would consider working.

Some of these positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. 
 

Some of these positions have been identified as virtual opportunities and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Some of these positions are expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. 

These positions must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Additionally, some positions require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Currently majoring in a core engineering/applied sciences discipline (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil (especially Structural emphasis or interest), Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Engineering Mechanics, Systems Engineering). 

  • Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2025

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong academic performance

  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations

  • Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships

  • Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing

  • Level 2: Bachelors and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master)

  • Level 3: Bachelors and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bache
