Job Summary:

This position provides support for Classroom Services operations. Assist with the daily operations of the area, technical support for video conferences, and organize and intake media materials. The position will consult with and train end user faculty and staff, schedule, train, and provide oversight to student employees. Provide special event technical support, and maintain documentation and support materials.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Relevant experience in an AV service environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree in computer, electronic or media related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience using video conference services, and or software preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Previous work experience in an educational environment is desirable.
