Summary of Performance Expectations:
The Maintenance Technician Student Apprentice will support the maintenance and operation of all facility systems within the hospital environment. This entry-level position is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in building operations and maintenance within a healthcare setting, while also pursuing relevant training and certification. The apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced facilities management staff to learn the essential skills required to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hospi7tal. As a Maintenance Apprentice, perform routine repairs on hospital’s buildings and mechanical equipment while receiving training to potentially qualify as a Maintenance Tech I within 24 months
Education & Credentials:
Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Technical School Training
Work Experience:

Actively engaged in a formal program for Maintenance
