Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30AM - 7:30PM
Rate of Pay: $16-17 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $250 ($100 paid at 6 mos. & $150 paid at 12 mos.)

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
- Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively, including interpreting and explaining the menu, answer or refer questions, coordinate meal service process, and understand and fulfill requests.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for 100% of work day; able to bend, stoop, reach, and balance throughout day.
- Ability to carry up to 20 lbs and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience waiting tables in a restaurant, club, fine dining, or hotel preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors a plus.
