Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Veracode is looking for a Sr Systems Engineer to join the Enterprise Systems team. Looking for a motivated, team-oriented candidate who can work both collaboratively and independently to deliver solutions and resolve issues.

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Be the technical evangelist for all Veracode’s Collaboration Systems.
• Partner with the business to capture requirements and work collaboratively to deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training on collaboration systems.
• Drive automation activities leveraging the tools sets within the Collaboration Systems
• Participate/Lead projects and work with team members on project deliverables.
• Resolve assigned trouble tickets and maintain accurate ticket status.
• Effective communication via presentation, technical writing, and verbal skills.

What you’ll need:

• 8-12 years’ experience administrating, supporting, and deploying of technical and SAAS solutions in a distributed computed multi-geographic environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering frictionless user experiences.
• Ability to execute detailed project plans and capture business requirements. Turning requirements into use cases to deliver additional system and application functionality.
• Support of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta within a hybrid environment.
• Hands-on Administration of Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian solutions.
• Confident scripting and automation skills leveraging Power Platform, PowerShell, or Graph.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Digital Transformation via integrations, process improvements, and stack consolidation.
• Project Management as a project owner or strong involvement as an individual contributor.
