Job Summary
Temporary Seasonal Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance - Performs routine grounds maintenance, such as mowing, weed eating, edging, etc. utilizing mowing machines and other equipment necessary to accomplish tasks.
Job Duties:
Maintains grounds to ensure the proper time to care for plants, waters, reseeds all landscape and grounds planting such as grass, trees, shrubs, and flowers, and ensures grounds are clean of trash and debris. Performs routine grounds maintenance, such as mowing, weed eating, edging, etc. utilizing mowing machines and other equipment necessary to accomplish tasks. Maintains equipment related to the landscaping and grounds of the campus. Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma and one year of related work experience. The position is primarily an outdoor position which will require nearly constant exposure to sunlight and the elements. The individual will be required to work in both extreme heat and cold. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
