Licensed Athletic Trainer

<h1 style="text-align: center;"><u>Northeast Orthopedic/ Integrity Rehab Group, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Athletic Trainer to join our team in Rainbow City, AL!</u></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our Mission is to inspire and empower the lives we touch, to serve our communities and to lead with purpose-driven passion.&nbsp; Our values are accountability, adaptability, balance, compassion, excellence, inclusion, investment, servanthood, teamwork and trust.&nbsp; We are committed to leading the way to good health – it is our business.</strong></p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>In accordance with the applicable state laws, rules and regulations, the licensed athletic trainer provides athletic training services to local schools, community events and or organized sports.</li> <li>Provides athletic training services in accordance with established contracts.</li> <li>Possible clinical responsibilities based on location.</li> <li>Works closely and collaboratively with all members of the sports medicine team.</li> <li>Works closely and collaboratively with supervising / team physicians.</li> <li>Provides sports medicine consultations to coaches, athletes, parents and others.</li> <li>Conducts athletic training / sports medicine workshops, as requested.</li> <li>Maintains daily treatment records and documentation on patients.</li> <li>Effectively communicates with all members of the sports medicine team, patients, family members and coaches.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current athletic training license or eligible in state of position.</li> <li>Current certification by and in good standing with the Board of Certification.</li> <li>Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in athletic training.</li> <li>CPR Certified</li> <li>Strong decision and problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing and the ability to interface successfully with various individuals.</li> <li>Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and listening skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Expectations for All Associates:</strong></p> <p>In an effort to provide a positive, high quality work environment for all associates, we expect our associates to possess some general traits:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others within the business office,
