YOUR TASKS

• Participation in the preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements of a FTSE 250 company (monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements)
• Support in the implementation and preparation of consolidation processes
• Support in the further development of accounting and valuation guidelines as well as in the preparation of management reporting.
• You will also supervise and support the departments and subsidiaries with IFRS accounting and will be the contact person for questions about reporting as well as the contact person for the auditors.
• Monitoring the completeness of the group reporting of the subsidiaries
• Optimization and further development of processes and methods as well as participation in accounting projects (e.g. optimization of processes for digitization in accounting)

YOUR PROFILE

• Curiosity and the desire to develop both professionally and personally
• You have completed a business degree with a focus on accounting, group accounting or comparable training (e.g. as an accountant).
• You have practical experience in dealing with SAP FI/CO
• Experience in group accounting and IFRS accounting desirable
• The use of MS Office products, especially Excel, is a given for you
• Your strong analytical and conceptual skills set you apart
• A self-responsible, structured and independent way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile.
• German and English skills, spoken and written
• Enjoy designing and optimizing accounting and reporting processes
