The Data Integration Business Analyst will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to design and implement data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and is accessible for decision-making.

Data Integration Business Analyst Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data integration, ETL processes, or data management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Boomi, Talend, MuleSoft, SSIS, or similar).
  • Understanding of APIs, data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON), and cloud data storage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business language.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA ERP
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Data Integration Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for data integration projects.
• Data Mapping and Analysis: Develop data mapping documents and understand data flows between various systems, including databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
• System Analysis: Work with technical teams to identify data sources, integration points, and transformations needed to support business objectives.
• Solution Design: Assist in designing data integration solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Testing and Validation: Create and execute test plans for data integration solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with requirements.
• Documentation: Produce clear, concise documentation for data integration processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Other development duties as assigned
