Manager of SAP Finance Functional
Location: (UK Corby or London/ US)

RS Components is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Manager of SAP Finance to join our team on a permanent basis The Manager of SAP Finance will manage a team of professionals with SAP expertise in Finance and Controlling. This management role will lead a team of Functional Experts that will work closely with business and technology partners, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents. Additionally, you will contribute to the Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 transformations, ensuring seamless business transformations. This role will work to provide leadership across project delivery and ongoing support in SAP Finance and Controlling.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with multiple business partners in multiple locations at any given time, focusing on delivery of projects as a Functional Expert in Finance and Controlling. 
• Expertise and command of all business areas covered in SAP Finance and Controlling including, but not limited to:
  • COPA
  • Procurement (Direct and Indirect)
  • Treasury
  • AP
  • AR
  • Budgeting
  • Reporting and Analytics
• Expertise and ability to support business partners, including Sr. level business partners in all aspects of financial close, including settlement, revenue recognition (advance payments, services, etc.) and consolidations.
• Experience with PCI compliance and credit card processes.
• Experience integrating with other Finance applications.
• Ability to lead conversations and design sessions filling the role of a trusted advisor with business partners.
• Proven ability to clearly document needs, requirements and solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of business processes, complemented by extensive expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO). Your ability to translate complex business needs into effective, streamlined solutions will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful results.
