Vice President, Application Development - Digital Technology

As Digital Technology Solutions Engineering Leader, your mission is:   

• Design and deliver innovative, customer driven GTM and Digital Employee Experience applications across the NOW platform.
• Architect solutions moving the NOW platform to a connected services digital platform including mobile. 
• Be a dynamic thought leader globally leading out and pushing the Digital Technology organization on GenAI and other amazing, innovative technologies with a product mindset with the desired outcome of a the delivery of world-class digital experience products. 
• Lead, coach, empower and grow a high performing global development teams.  
• Partner with Product and Business owners to objectively evaluate complex risks/issues to influence product roadmaps and product strategy.  

To be successful in this role, you are: 

• Excellent in Strategy & Execution striking the right balance of focus between strategy and execution for technologists, business partners, and product partners.
• A Co-Owner and Co-Pilot acting not only as the Digital Technology Engineering Leader, but also an advocate for our customers and business partners driving strategic outcomes.
