We're making a splash in the car wash industry and looking for a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team. A typical day in the life: As our Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager, you'll help lead our operations to success. You’ll work with an energetic team to ensure our customers have exceptional experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from task management to membership sales and cleanliness.
- Maintenance Maverick: Keep our equipment running with timely maintenance and urgent repairs.
- Team Leader: Foster a positive team environment, training members to excel in sales and operations.
- Customer Service: Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high ratings.
- Sales Dynamo: Drive membership and wash sales through excellent customer interactions and sales strategies.
- Financial Navigator: Monitor revenue, expenses, and profit margins, providing insights for improvement.
- Tech Guru: Utilize and train your team on POS systems and software for efficient operations.
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in car wash or retail operations.
- Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or car wash equipment are a plus.
- Proficient with POS systems, computers, and various software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in various weather conditions.
- Sales experience to drive membership growth.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Effective communication with employees, customers, and management.
- Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
