Job Description

·         Assist customers in opening and closing accounts

·         Help customers with tasks such as resolving account issues and putting special account instructions

·         Make wire transfers

·         Assist customers with investments (if fully licensed), or refer clients to licensed staff 

·         Assist Account Officers as needed

Qualifications

·         BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity

·��        Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of banking software a plus

·         Ability to think critically  and work well independently and as part of a team

·         Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; 

·         FINRA Series 7, 66/63 licenses or expressed interest. If needed, will sponsor licenses.

·         Friendly and pleasant personality

·         Able to follow directions
