Our Data &amp; Technology team plays a vital role in making that happen.</p> <p> </p><p>We’re launching our Support at Home business aligned to the aged care reform and need a hands-on Senior BA to help design and implement our end-to-end B2C technology and processes. This is a critical delivery role, and we need someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead workshops, gather/shape requirements, and write clear user stories/acceptance criteria</li> <li>Design end-to-end flows from customer intake to service delivery, billing and payment</li> <li>Map integrations, data, and interfaces across multiple systems: <ul> <li><strong>Lead Management</strong> – TBC system</li> <li><strong>Plan Management</strong> – The Lookout Way</li> <li><strong>Billing Systems</strong> – SAP or Microsoft Business Central</li> <li><strong>Payment Gateway</strong> – Tyro Health</li> <li><strong>Business Central functionality</strong></li> <li><strong>Swirl Nursing</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li>Support UAT, cutover and go-live readiness with SOPs and operational artefacts</li> <li>Work closely with the solution architect, tech lead, product, service design, clinical governance and finance teams</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you bring</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Aged care experience</strong> (Support at Home/Home Care Packages or similar)</li> <li>Strong technical BA skills (systems/process/integration, modelling)</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>SAP/Business Central</strong> billing and <strong>Tyro Health</strong> payments</li> <li>Experience in home care platforms (e.g., Benetas, Australian Unity, Baptcare/Baptist Care)</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile delivery</strong> and tools like <strong>JIRA, Confluence, Miro</strong></li> <li>A delivery mindset—able to <strong>learn new IP quickly</strong> and confidently navigate uncertainty</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>Imagine Working With Us<br/><br/></strong></p> <p>We know that happy, healthy people make great teams.
