Job Details
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Attending Neurology Physician to join our team at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia. The attending will manage general neurology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and will have opportunities to participate in subspecialty programs aligned with their clinical interests.Job Description
- Provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient neurology settings
- Supervise and mentor residents and medical students
- Participate in call coverage rotation
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly activities
- Collaborate across departments to enhance patient care and care coordination
- Participate in teaching, including lectures and bedside education
- Contribute to neurology program development and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Commitment to academic medicine and community health
Preferred but not required:
- Subspecialty fellowship training (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, etc.)
- Experience in academic or teaching hospital settings
- Interest in underserved populations and health equity initiatives
