Associate Director, Value Evidence Oncology

The Assoc. Director is responsible for supporting and executing on the global value evidence and outcomes / HEOR strategy and tactics for oncology therapeutics in the hematology portfolio in compliance with standards and policies. Responsible for the design and delivery of health outcomes strategies and studies for development and/or marketed compounds, including health economic studies, evidence synthesis, patient reported outcome endpoint development and implementation, burden of disease and real-world effectiveness studies, run as part of or in parallel to development from Discovery through life cycle management.
They are responsible for engaging with integral cross-functional team members to execute on critical business objectives & interpret evidence-based strategies to address commercialization objectives.
Job Family Group - Epidemiology and Health Outcomes: Develops and executes outcomes research comprising health economics, patient reported outcomes and real world effectiveness to demonstrate the comparative value of products, globally. Develops strategic options for generating required evidence for reimbursement and access, and executes associated studies.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Master’s degree or 2+ plus years of industry / consulting experience specifically
- Responsible for appropriate and timely allocation of project specific budget & ensuring projects are delivered on time & within budget.
- Minimum 2 years leading and delivering Health Outcomes projects within the Oncology space.
- Two years of experience leading/ participating in the development of economic models and supporting HTA deliverables.
- Two years of experience leading/ supporting RW studies to support challenges in oncology and/or MM.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree and 1-2 years of experience in consulting or biotech/pharma setting
- Hematology experience.
- Advanced degree in health economics.
- Experience drafting technical reports for complex economic models
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple completing priorities.
- Responsible for communicating results of research to key stakeholders across R&D and Commercial.
- Executes research with key external thought-leaders [e.g. clinical, payer, patient advocacy etc.] to and/or publish finding.
